"Il Giardino delle Risonanze" is an exhibition born from the collaboration between the National Art Gallery of Bologna and MAMbo, conceived by Costantino D’Orazio and Lorenzo Balbi, and curated by Giulia Adami and Valerio Mezzolani. Centered in the Salone degli Incamminati of the Pinacoteca, it presents over thirty works from the museum’s collections—alongside loans from the Morandi Museum and the Archiginnasio Library—in dialogue with sixteen contemporary Bologna-based artists. Simultaneously, MAMbo hosts a focus exploring the resonances between the two institutions’ heterogeneous collections.
